You can find a campaign movie for just about every level of politics. For the most part, they all tell the same story. You have your candidate, and there's an election going on, and from high school to the presidency, there's going to be a debate on using negative campaigning, a starry-eyed speech about sticking to your ethics, and then some sort of sex scandal. Sounds about right.

Election (1999)

It seems that the chance for a pe...

Now in 2007, Faber Drive has recorded their first album with producers Brian Howes (Hinder) and Joey Moi (Nickelback). Faber Drive has toured with everyone from MxPx to Nickelback.

When Faber Drive decided to submit a song to Vancouver radio station 99.3 The Fox's battle of the bands last year, their goal wasn't to win the contest. They weren't even sure they were good enough to enter. In fact, when frontman Faber brought his band's CD to the stati...

Puddle Of Mudd
"It's about passion and writing music that connects with other people and somehow heals them. I really want to try to crawl under peoples' skin and at the same time make some kick-ass rock 'n roll music," says Puddle Of Mudd frontman Wesley Scantlin about his band's imminent third album, Famous.

Seattle-Based Amber Pacific To Release Sophomore Effort, 'Truth In Sincerity,' on May 22.

April 15th, 2007 10:00am EDT
Amber Pacific
Heralded by Alternative Press as one of the most anticipated albums of 2007, five-year-old Seattle quintet Amber Pacific has remained true to its sound, foregoing to jump on any pop-punk bandwagons. But the band's maturation is obvious, enough so that they teamed up with the Seattle Symphony who played strings on much of the album.

Working once again with producer Martin Feveyear (Mark Lanegan, Presidents of the United States of America), the band has crafted a record that is undoubtedly Amber Pacific. "This is who we really are," guitarist/vocalist Will Nutter declares.
