Robi Draco Rosa heading back out on tour after cancer battle

Latin singer Robi Draco Rosa is heading back out on the road for the first time since his cancer diagnosis.

Ricky Martin's former Menudo bandmate announced in 2011 that he was 18 months into treatment for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He underwent a stem cell transplant and was declared cancer free last year (12).

Rosa bounced back from his battle by hitting the studio to work on a new record, Vida, and he's planning to take his new material out to fans on a tour.

The 44 year old musician insists his health scare has given him a new lease of life.

Singer Ricky Martin has finally confirmed the worst kept secret in pop - he's gay.

The "Livin' La Vida Loca" hitmaker has long been dogged by rumors he's a homosexual but he has never 'come out' as a gay man - until now.

Ironically, he attempted to brush off speculation about his sexuality in a candid interview almost a decade ago, stating: "I am a modern man, live a full life, do not feel any barriers inside myself. If I were gay, why not admit it? I am a normal man. I love women and sex. I am a real hot-blooded Puerto Rican, but I have never been attracted by sex with a man."

Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin takes time every day to connect with his inner child because he missed out on a normal childhood after finding fame aged only 12. The heartthrob was catapulted to fame in Latin America as a member of boy band Menudo and went on to enjoy a successful acting and solo career.

Menudo Makes a Comeback ... Singers Wanted

A talent search is underway to find singers for an updated version of Latin boy band Menudo. The original Menudo sold more than 40 million records in the 1980s and early 1990s and produced several solo stars, including Ricky Martin.

Menudo Entertainment, which owns the merchandising and property rights to the group, wants to revive the popular group featuring young male singers. Members of the bilingual quartet will be replaced when they turn 16 - or when their voice break.
