Unfortunately, next month John Mellencamp is being inducted into the Music Hall of Fame along with Madonna. That might explain his big headed ego trip and his attempt to abandon the " blue color image ". Mellencamp does have talent but after this stunt ,I see reminiscence of Rosie O'Donnell or the Dixie Chicks who don't care if they insult half their fans. I have the right to choose the downloads that I listen to and similarly John has the same rights to delegate who can listen to his music. Since Mr. Mellencamp doesn't want certain folks listening to his music would he be so kind as to have itunes refund my 99 cents that I wasted on his download. He should have a disclaimer to the effect of " only certain pre-approved listeners are allowed to have my music" I'll try to tell my fellow herd members that they should refrain from his tunes also. Don't want to offend our Mr. Mellencamp while serving our country. | ||

"our country" is not rebublican song. A liberal letter was send by his publicist to McCain's camp after he was find that "country" played on events of McCain's campaign. From thursday, the song will no longer be played. | ||

| Where do I begin? I've seen him inconcert 8-9 times. The best by far was July 4th, 1988@ the Indiana State Fairgrounds with 40,000 of our best friends. Not only was the music great but he always puts on a great show. Whoever could listen to him and not dance and groove is not alive. Lonesome Jubilee an Scarecreow are my faves. Also "Uh Huh". My husband and I have double copies of every album{CD}, one for him ,one for me. Ihave everything JCM that I can get my hands on. He is the COOLEST. Very Sexy. Dances great, good looking, great voice voice. He sings about the way I live and love. There will never be any singer who could ever even come close to his talent. I've always said JCM is the only man I'd leave my husband for. If I ever met him I could die HAPPY. I Love you very much and you have brought alot of happiness to my life.
