Queen and former "American Idol" star Adam Lambert will reunite for a summer tour of North America. The singer and the band have played on and off together since 2012, performing in the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Russia, Poland and at a music festival in Las Vegas in September.

Lambert told "Good Morning America" on Thursday: "To get to be on stage with these two amazing rock royalty members... Honestly, Queen is one of the quintessential rock bands of all time...They have influenced bands for years to come."

Brian May has called for the safe return of Freddie Mercury's white Telecaster guitar after recalling it was stolen from Queen's storage facility in a new video DVD compilation.

May and bandmate Roger Taylor offer up audio commentary on new promo package Queen Greatest Video Hits and while chatting about the band's hit "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", May remembers a missing guitar, which Mercury played on the track.

Adam Lambert has confirmed he is set to join Queen as the band's new frontman for a tour this summer.

Queen star Brian May has blasted officials at a Scottish golf club for refusing to ban a member who attacked a fox on the course.

The guitarist, who is a keen British wildlife conservationist, was appalled when he learned oil tycoon Donald Forbes had clubbed the fox and left it for dead after the creature stole a wafer biscuit from his cart.

Queen star Brian May has thrown his support behind an upcoming biopic of his late bandmate Freddie Mercury, insisting he's "very excited" to see Sacha Baron Cohen tackle the role.
