Maxwell Cancels Tour
Soul star Maxwell has cancelled the second half of his U.S. tour with Jill Scott and Erykah Badu, citing "scheduling conflicts."
The singer will play all of his dates up to and including sold out concerts at New York's Madison Square Garden on June 25th and 26th, but he has postponed the entire second leg of the trek. He was due to perform 11 shows between June 28th and July 15th, taking in cities such as Nashville, Tennessee and Boston, Massachusetts, but the gigs will now take place next year.

Oscar contender "Precious" was the big winner at the 41st NAACP Image Awards on Friday, with the film's star Gabourey Sidibe landing an Outstanding Actress accolade.
The spotlight was on "Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire" as Mo'Nique picked up the Outstanding Supporting Actress honor, moviemaker Lee Daniels was named Outstanding Director and Geoffrey Fletcher took home the Outstanding Writing trophy.

Beyonce and the Black Eyed Peas were already big winners at the Grammy Awards before the official show had started. Beyonce, who was nominated for 10 top prizes, learned she had already won four as she took her seat at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Beyonce will be the queen of the 52nd Grammy Awards in January after landing a total of 10 nominations. The R&B superstar picked up three nods at the Grammy Nominations Concert in Los Angeles on Wednesday night - for Song of the Year (Single Ladies (Put A Ring on It)), Record of the Year (Halo) and Best Album (I Am... Sasha Fierce) - and another seven were added on Thursday morning.
