October 16th, 2011 10:55am EDT
Motley Crue
More than 1,500 Motley Crue fans in Indonesia have been left out of pocket after a fake concert promoter sold tickets for a rock show that never was.

The bogus businessman netted an estimated $60,000 in ticket sales for a make believe Motley Crue concert.

The October 8 show was billed as the band's first-ever show in Indonesia and when word spread to the nation's top newspapers, band members slammed the reports, with drummer Tommy Lee insisting the story was the work of a shady promoter.

Vince Neil: 'I Don't Completely Trust Them'

October 5th, 2010 4:19pm EDT
Vince Neil
Rocker Vince Neil is always skeptical when his Motley Crue band mates contact him, because he's convinced there's always an "ulterior motive".

The singer has endured a strained past with fellow Crue stars Tommy Lee, Nikki Sixx and Mick Mars, which saw him exit the group in 1992 before rejoining the band five years later. The quartet went on hiatus as the stars pursued solo careers and reunited once more in 2004 to launch their comeback.

However, Neil insists he's still weary of his rocker pals and they all share a love/hate relationship with one another. He tells AOL's Popeater.com, "It...

July 7th, 2008 12:19pm EDT

The guitarist was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) when he was 19 and reveals the degenerative disease has left him unable to move his head.

He tells Blender magazine, "If I could go places I would, but I'm stuck. This stuff I have won't allow me to move my head, so I can't drive. It's quite an inconvenience."

And the aging rocker reveals his condition is shrinking him.

He adds, "This AS...

Guyliner 2.0

March 19th, 2008 1:00pm EDT
Tokio Hotel
Okay, so Starpulse ran an article on February 21 titled "Guyliner: Hot Or Not? You Decide," but we left a number of big names off of that list-- enough, in fact, to make a second list of more men who publicly wear the dark penciling around their eyes.

Some find it sexy and attractive, while others find it downright disgraceful; but in either case there are plenty of guys doing it lately. While our first article may have taken a positive slant on the issue at hand, this writer is only creeped out by these men who are obviously more concerned with their image than anything else. Some a...

Nikki Sixx
Rocker Nikki Sixx has confirmed Tommy Lee is no longer a member of reunited rockers Motley Crue following a showdown between the two bandmates.

Lee announced his resignation from the band earlier this year after falling out with Sixx and fellow bandmates Vince Neil and Mick Mars, after the trio joined forces to take the drummer's manager Carl Stubner to court, accusing him of persuading the rocker to choose two TV reality shows over a lucrative Motley Crue tour.

The trio claimed Stubner's actions and Lee's appearances on Tommy Lee Goes To College and Rock Star: Supernova cost the...

Tommy Lee
Tommy Lee has changed his mind and retracted his resignation from rock band Motley Crue.

Lee fell out with bandmates Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Mick Mars, when the trio accused his manager Carl Stubner of persuading the rocker to scrap Motley Crue tour dates to appear in two reality TV shows. They are currently suing Stubner for lost earnings.

On Wednesday, the drummer released a statement revealing he "recently informed Sixx and Mars, the shareholders of Motley Crue, Inc., that he was resigning from the band and his resignation was accepted."

Tommy Lee Quits Motley Crue

September 13th, 2007 8:55am EDT
Tommy Lee
Rocker Tommy Lee has brought Motley Crue's reunion to a screeching halt after announcing he wants to quit the band.

His decision follows an amended complaint, filed by his three bandmates, against his manager and business partner Carl Stubner, in which the trio is demanding $20 million in damages.

Mick Mars, Vince Neil and Nikki Sixx contend Stubner cost them millions by persuading Lee to turn his back on lucrative concert dates and concentrate his efforts in two reality TV shows.

In a statement released by Lee's management company to website Blabbermouth.net late on Wedne...

Motley Crue Given 20 Days To Re-File Suit Against Manager

August 25th, 2007 7:00pm EDT
Motley Crue
Rockers Motley Crue has suffered a setback in their bid to sue drummer Tommy Lee's manager for lost wages - their legal action has been declared insufficient.

The band claims Carl Stubner's actions - when he advised Lee to shoot two reality TV series instead of join a Crue reunion tour - cost them millions and hurt their reputation.

But a judge in California has ruled that the legal papers don't support a cause of action, and he has given the bandmates 20 days to re-file the papers with additional facts.

Motley Crue founders Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Mick Mars originally f...
