A new survey names Miley Cyrus and Chris Brown as the worst celebrity role models for children.

The former "Hannah Montana" star, 19, earned 68 percent of parents' disapproval in the new poll from CouponCodes4u.com. The singer/actress, who recently said that marijuana isn't that dangerous, no longer embodies a squeaky clean image - thus putting her in the number-one slot.

Lil Wayne has apologized for stepping on the American Flag while shooting his latest video, "God Bless Amerika," in Louisiana over the weekend.

Video from the shoot shows a U.S. flag being dropped to the ground and the rapper walking back and forth on it, which he says wasn't intended -- implying that the flag just happened to be in his way.

"I didn't step on the flag on purpose! It's a scene in a video where the flag drops behind me and after it drop it's just there as I perform," he wrote.

Rapper 2 Chainz is heading out on tour with Lil Wayne and T.I. after fellow hip-hop star Future dropped out of the summer trek.

Ciara's new boyfriend was recently announced as a support act on the upcoming America's Most Wanted Tour, but he has since been replaced by 2 Chainz.

Revealing the line-up change, co-headliner T.I. says, "Something happened and Future pulled - he disassociated himself from the tour for whatever reason, and it's still love - ain't no problem with that. Now Chainz on there (sic)."

The joint tour is due to kick off in Alabama on 9 July (13).

After suffering a series of seizures, Lil Wayne has opened up about his recent health scares and assured fans he's taking his doctor's advice to stay healthy.

He was hospitalized for his latest seizure on April 30, shortly after confirming reports he's epileptic.

The rapper is taking his healthy much more seriously and he hopes his recently medical scare is his last. He told MTV's RapFix Live: "I'm good; I'm 100 per cent."

PepsiCo bosses have dropped Lil Wayne as its spokesman after the hip hop star upset the family of civil rights icon Emmett Till.

Lil Wayne was briefly hospitalized after suffering another epileptic seizure on Tuesday.

According to TMZ.com, the rapper was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles late last night by his bodyguards and released Wednesday morning after treatment.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) hit the rapper, real name Dwayne Carter, with a total of three liens after he failed to keep up with tax payments.
