Virgin Records breakthrough band The Last Goodnight has a message they want to share with their second single "Stay Beautiful" and believe it's a message everyone should hear...

"'Stay Beautiful' is a personal song for me because it talks about a beauty that exists within anything, whether it's a woman, a situation, a dream or an idea," lead singer Kurtis John explains. Breakthrough Connecticut-based band The Last Goodnight who release their debut album Poison Kiss (Virgin Records) on August 28th have announced plans to join American Idol's Elliot Yamin on his fall tour when they finish their current outing with Rocco DeLuca & The Burden. The 31-city cross-country stint begins October 5th in Chicago, IL at Park West and concludes November 26th in Washington DC at the 9:30 Club.

Piecing together like a stained glass window, moving from dark to light, the video poetically tells the story of the stark contrast between how things are and how they could be.

Connecticut's The Last Goodnight will release their major label debut album Poison Kiss on August 28th, featuring the single "Pictures of You" and 11 more piano-driven, guitar heavy, rhythmic, lush and soulful tracks.

Writing and recording Poison Kiss, their major-label debut, The Last Goodnight set the bar almost scarily high: "We wanted to write great songs that no one ever heard before," states singer Kurtis John.

The result is 12 cinematic, singular songs, rife with '80s musical references and classic rock influences, but with a modern resonance.
