Joe Fatone of N Sync
N Sync's rumored surprise reunion is still a go for Sunday night at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, despite denials from members Lance Bass and Joey Fatone.

Bass called the reunion story "cute" last week, and on Friday Fatone insisted that he would (conveniently) be in Staten Island, New York -- just a stone's throw from Brooklyn's Barclays Center, where the awards show is being held -- for a relative's 40th birthday party.

"Why the hell would I attend?" Fatone asked. "I mean, for Justin obviously, he's getting the Vanguard Award, which is cool. We heard about that, and that's when the r...

JC Chasez
Former 'Nsync star J.C. Chasez is adamant the group won't be cashing in on the current popularity of boy bands as they have all moved on since their chart heyday.

All-male groups have become popular again among music fans, with British bands The Wanted and One Direction shooting up the U.S. charts and the Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block enjoying successful resurgences.

However, Chasez insists he and his former bandmates Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass and Chris Kirkpatrick aren't tempted to cash in on the trend by making a comeback.

'Dancing With The Stars' Week Six

October 28th, 2008 9:57am EDT
Dancing With The Stars
It was a night filled with diversity on Dancing With The Stars. Almost everyone performed a different type of dance, Michael Flatly, the Lord of the Dance, took Len's position for the night as a guest judge, and all the stars joined together to coordinate a hip hop routine.

Maurice Greene and Cheryl Burke were the first to take the floor, performing a Viennese waltz. Maurice was skeptical on dancing a ballroom-esque number because he had not done so since week one of the competition. He claimed his mind was on overload. He didn't get too bad critiques, but he did wind up with t...

They could sing, they could dance and for almost a decade, they ruled the airwaves, maintaining a stranglehold on their bustling, female, TRL-addicted audience. They were dubbed “the Boy Bands” and during their Golden Age, the likes of 'N-Sync, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees and O-Town spawned a legion of imitators that seemed to multiply unchecked.

But it could not last. Trends change and now a whole generation of former Boy Band heart throbs has found themselves looking toward life after Teen Idol-dom.
