KISS stars host military veterans at latest restaurant launch

Kiss rockers Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have launched their third Rock & Brews restaurant by serving up meals to 100 U.S. military veterans.

The stars opened the latest addition to their bar venture in Torrance, California on Thursday (09May13) and welcomed former servicemen and women to a special luncheon in their honour as the bandmates personally brought out food for the soldiers.

KISS guitarist Ace Frehley could be losing his New York residence to foreclosure - after failing to pay his mortgage for two years.

According to the New York Daily News, the rock star owes around $700,000 on his Yorktown home, which itself is worth $750,000. Chase bank has filed for foreclosure on the home, which was purchased back in 2006 after Frehley and the rest of KISS wrapped up a successful comeback in 2002.

Rockers Kiss and Mötley Crüe have shown off their generous side by donating $50,000 to a service members' charity championed by Tim McGraw.

Rockers Kiss are to show their support for Britain's armed forces by staging a special charity gig in London.

The Love Gun hit-makers were due to head to the U.K. next month to headline the Sonisphere Festival along with Queen, but the event was cancelled.
