Robert Plant Agrees To Led Zeppelin Reunion

Reports out of Great Britain are now saying that a full-fledged Led Zeppelin reunion is moving forward; and lead singer Robert Plant, who originally held out from any involvement with his former bandmates, has had a change of heart.

British newspaper The Sun reports that guitarist Jimmy Page, bassist John Paul Jones and drummer Jason Bonham (son of Zep's late great skinsman John) have been rehearsing with singers to fill the void left by Plant, who would not commit to the trio's reunion plans.

Led Zeppelin star Jimmy Page has denied the legendary band are back in the recording studio - and insists rumors of a new album are just "speculation".

The Kashmir hit-makers have been dogged by rumors of a full-on reunion since they reformed for a one-off gig in London last year. And recently drummer Jason Bonham - son of original member John Bonham who died in 1980 - admitted he had been "jamming in the studio" with Page and bassist John Paul Jones.

Led Zeppelin stars Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham have been working on new material - without frontman Robert Plant.

Legendary rockers Led Zeppelin want to release a DVD of their reunion gig last December to commemorate the "special occasion." The legendary band came together for a one-off charity concert at London's O2 Arena to pay tribute to late music mogul Ahmet Ertegun.

The gig was filmed and rumors that a DVD would be released have been circulating ever since.

Rocker Jason Bonham has spoken of his joy at performing with legendary band Led Zeppelin - comparing it to scoring a string of winning goals at the soccer World Cup.

The drummer joined the band as a replacement for his late father John Bonham at an one-off London gig in December.

Rock supergroup Led Zeppelin are to play four shows in Toronto, Canada this summer, according to new Internet reports.

A news blog on Canadian music TV channel's Much Music website reports the August dates at the Skydome/Rogers Center stadium will officially be announced shortly. No other shows will be announced, according to the report, and the band will not tour the U.S.
