Joe's Pre-Concert Ritual: No Sex And No Food
R&B singer Joe has an unusual pre-concert ritual - he doesn't allow himself to have sex or eat for hours before showtime.
The "I Wanna Know" singer admits he can't concentrate on his performance when he's satisfied and satiated, and so he gets mentally ready for big shows by abstaining from his two vices for hours on end - so he can focus on pleasing his fans.
He says, "You can't really eat food (and there's) no sex for six hours. It really tires you out. If you eat food before a show it really gets you in a relaxing vibe, and I like to have my energy up when I hit the stage."
