Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Salutes Janis Joplin
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is saluting late blues singer Janis Joplin with a week-long series of events and a star-studded concert in her honor.
The hall in Cleveland, Ohio and Case Western Reserve University will present talks this week by those who were close to Joplin during her climb to fame in the 1960s - including her siblings, her former road manager, and Jefferson Airplane guitarist Jorma Kaukonen.
