A live broadcast of the iconic all-black version of "The Wizard of Oz" titled“The Wiz” will air on NBC this coming December.

Michael Jackson's posthumous album "Xscape" was released on Tuesday, and to coincide with the new disc, SiriusXM satellite radio launched "The Michael Jackson Channel."

The new station will give listeners exclusive access to Jackson's hits, rarities and songs off the new album for its limited two-week run.

After serving two years for involuntary manslaughter, the doctor deemed responsible for Michael Jackson's 2009 death has been released from jail.
 
According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, physician Conrad Murray left a Los Angeles jail early Monday morning. He was found guilty in 2011 of administering the fatal dose of anesthetic that killed the King of Pop.
