Leela James Is Back In Studio Recording Second Album
Soulstress Leela James has wrapped up more than a year of promotion for her critically acclaimed 2005 debut "A Change Is Gonna Come," and is back in the studio recording her follow-up with Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Raphael Saadiq, who worked on "Change" and is known for his collaborations with D'Angelo and Macy Gray.

Keyboard Player Billy Preston & Pianist Hilton Ruiz Pass Away
Legendary keyboard player Billy Preston has died after a lengthy battle with kidney problems. He was 59. Preston, who performed with both The Beatles and the Rolling Stones, has been in a coma in a care facility since late last year and was taken to hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona on Saturday when his condition turned critical. He passed away Tuesday.
