"Celebrity Apprentice" star La Toya Jackson is eating her words after suggesting Omarosa Manigault was to blame for her fiance Michael Clark Duncan's death last year.

On Sunday night, Jackson was fired from Donald Trump's reality show, and during her exit interview she slammed Omarosa by saying: "She's a conniving, scheming, cut-throat (who) probably pulled the cord on Michael Clarke Duncan."

Ouch!

Duncan died of a heart attack in 2012, and after the episode aired on Sunday Manigault filed a defamation lawsuit against Jackson, calling her comments "false" and "vicious."

A recent article in the New York Post accused La Toya of profiting off her niece Paris and nephews Prince Michael and Blanket after signing them to her talent agency Ja-Tail Enterprises and taking a 15 per cent commission on the youngsters' showbiz contracts.

Paris has landed a movie deal, while Prince Michael was last month unveiled as a correspondent for news show Entertainment Tonight and will act in an upcoming episode of 90210.

A recording of an eerie cell phone chat between Michael Jackson and his personal physician was played to jurors as Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial got underway in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Prosecutor David Walgren, Los Angeles' Deputy District Attorney, played the tape during a highly-charged morning in court, during which he also showed showed jurors a photo of Jackson's lifeless body on a gurney.

Michael Jackson's family members are organizing another tribute show in memory of the late superstar following a number of failed attempts to bring a commemorative concert to the stage.
