Janet Jackson has ruled herself out of the next season of The X Factor because she just can't work the show into her schedule.

The Nasty singer was one of the stars rumored to be in the running to take up a seat as a judge on Simon Cowell's hit TV talent contest following the departure of Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul after the first series.

A recording of an eerie cell phone chat between Michael Jackson and his personal physician was played to jurors as Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial got underway in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Prosecutor David Walgren, Los Angeles' Deputy District Attorney, played the tape during a highly-charged morning in court, during which he also showed showed jurors a photo of Jackson's lifeless body on a gurney.

The King of Pop died of an overdose of anesthetic Propofol and Walgren and his team hope to prove that Murray was the man who administered the fatal injection in June, 2009.
