The final release week in July won’t change that, as there are no high profile newbies this week. Fans of rap-metal duo Insane Clown Posse will have to deal with being classified as gang members for a little longer.

A U.S District judge threw out a case the duo's members filed against the FBI with on behalf of their fans and themselves back in January, claiming that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) unfairly labeled its fans, who refer to themselves as "Juggalos," as a "loosely organized hybrig gang" in a report. Four of said 'Juggalos' were included as plaintiffs in the case.

The popular horror hip-hop duo has launched social network, which bears a similar layout to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's popular website.

The group already boasts its own annual festival, The Gathering of the Juggalos, and its face-painted fanatics have also attracted the attention of the FBI - they've been added to the National Gang Threat Assessment list for exhibiting thug-like behavior and criminal activity.

The face-painted fanatics who follow horror rappers Insane Clown Posse have been added to the FBI's National Gang Threat Assessment list.

Juggalos have been classified as a gang in the bureau's 2011 update for exhibiting thug-like behavior and criminal activity.

The FBI report, obtained by, states that most Juggalo-related crime is "sporadic, disorganised, individualistic" and involves "simple assault, personal drug use and possession, petty theft and vandalism".

The threat assessment also indicates that many Juggalos are transient or homeless individuals.

Rap group Insane Clown Posse have been hit with a $2 million lawsuit over allegations the band sampled copyrighted Halloween-themed music on various tracks without permission.

The horror rappers are being sued by Entity Productions, which sells and licenses various gothic recordings around the world.

In a lawsuit, filed on Monday in Ohio, lawyers for the company claim the group illegally sampled portions of works created by the group Midnight Syndicate.

Insane Clown Posse star Violent J has become a victim of burglary - his car stereo was stolen on Wednesday.

The horror rapper, real name Joseph Bruce, claims he left his vehicle unattended for a mere 10 minutes to stop at a store in Detroit, Michigan, when a thief ripped out the sound system and ran off with the stolen goods.

But according to, Violent J has decided against reporting the incident to police because he was the one responsible for leaving his car door unlocked.

Flavor Flav, Ice Cube, MC Hammer, Bobby Brown and Lil Jon will join Charlie Sheen at the Insane Clown Posse's four-day rap and wrestling festival in Illinois next month.

Sheen announced he'd be among the presenters in an excited tweet on Wednesday, and now the full line-up has been announced.

Sheen and Flav will co-host the music and wresting event, dubbed the Gathering Of The Juggalos, while rappers Ice Cube, Lil Jon, Paul Wall and MC Hammer will join Bobby Brown on the bill.

The 12th annual Gathering of the Juggalos will take place at Cave-In-Rock, Illinois from 11-14 August.
