Bobby Brown is refusing to let his recent arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) turn him off booze, insisting he will "have a cocktail" once his latest legal issue is resolved.

The New Edition singer, a father of five, was taken into custody in California in March after he was caught talking on his cell phone while behind the wheel.
