Two Texas police officers have been given administrative leave after allegedly holding country singer Steve Holy at gunpoint. The Dallas County district attorney's office is considering whether to file aggravated assault charges against Randy Anderson, 25, and Paul Loughridge, 48, after the incident which occurred last month.

George Strait has made country music history by scoring his 41st number one on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart in America. The Texan singer/songwriter's "Give It Away" has toppled Steve Holy's "Brand New Girlfriend," giving Strait the honor of becoming the only artist to have more than 40 chart toppers.
