Guns N' Roses have entered into a war of words with the organizer of the recent Rock in Rio festival after he publicly blasted the rockers for their punctuality.
The "Welcome to The Jungle" hitmakers have picked up a bad reputation for tardiness thanks to a number of late shows in recent years and Rock in Rio boss Roberto Medina has taken aim at Axl Rose and his bandmates, stating that their 2:40am appearance at his festival on October 2 was unacceptable and shows a "lack of commitment" to fans.

Q&A: Duff McKagan - From Making Rock History To Finding His Story
Duff McKagan is keeping busy. Fresh off Guns 'n' Roses' nomination to the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, he's released his memoir, It's So Easy (and other lies), just before heading off on a sprawling tour of Europe and Central America with Loaded.
It's definitely easy to see why he's in such high demand. Putting aside the fact that he was the bassist for one of rock's great bands and has gone on to numerous others besides, Duff has a second career as a talented writer. He's contributed weekly columns on a range of topics to various publications for years. In It's So Easy, he makes himse...

Thomas Haden Church Signs Up For 'Nothing To Fear'
It's not easy to make a good slasher film. You have to have just the right balance between horror and camp; one wrong move in either direction and the whole thing falls apart.
But we have a feeling the new horror film "Nothing to Fear" will have no problem finding the right balance, because the producer is someone who knows a thing or two about living on the edge: Slash.
Yes, Slash. The guy from Guns 'N' Roses with the afro and the predilection for top hats. That guy. And now he's making movies, as indieWire is reporting that no less a personage than Oscar nominee Thomas Haden Church will...

Duff McKagan Takes Aim Amy Winehouse Critics
Reformed rocker Duff McKagan has taken aim at critics of tragic singer Amy Winehouse, insisting "no one loves to be addicted" to drugs.

Her sad passing has dominated headlines across the world, but some TV commentators and columnists have used the opportunity to blame Winehouse herself for her troubled personal life, as well as those in her inner circle of "advisors".
