Black Eyed Peas Hit With Another Plagiarism Lawsuit
The Black Eyed Peas are facing another plagiarism lawsuit - a musician alleges the group's hit Boom Boom Pow is "virtually identical" to her own song. Phoenix Phenom, along with associate Manfred Mohr, has filed a copyright infringement case against the band, alleging the rhythm and lyrics from her track Boom Dynamite were copied in the Black Eyed Peas' 2009 global hit.

Phenom - real name Ebony Latrice Batts - claims she submitted Boom Dynamite to executives at Interscope Records, the Black Eyed Peas' record label, according to gossip blogger Perez Hilton.

The Black Eyed Peas are facing legal action from British DJ Adam Freeland - he has accused the band of copying one of his songs.

Freeland claims the group used the beat from his track "Mancry" in "Party All the Time," which featured on their latest record The E.N.D.

The star has taken to his page to express his outrage - alleging the Black Eyed Peas track sampled his work without permission.

He writes, "OK. Check this. Listen to our song 'Mancry'. Now listen to Black Eyed Peas 'Party all the time' WTF!"
