Legendary classic rockers, Foreigner performed for a sold-out audience at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on Saturday night, (Feb 22) and they were smokin' hot!

Before the concert, all the VIPs (including myself) were treated to an intimate up-close and personal acoustic set at the theatre’s smaller venue and bar, Garcia’s and got our photos taken with the band! They were fantastic! The sound system company, Bose was there to film and get some local fan reaction about the concert.

Styx and Foreigner are ready to heat up the summer with a new tour featuring special guest, Don Felder the former guitarist from The Eagles. The tour is officially called, 'The Soundtrack of Summer.' Fans who are tired of ‘old man winter’ have something to look forward to.

The tour kicks off May 16 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and wraps up in Santa Barbara, California on July 27.

Foreigner Keyboardist Michael Bluestein Diagnosed With Cancer

Foreigner keyboard player Michael Bluestein has been diagnosed with colon cancer.

The musician has announced he will be taking an indefinite break from the group as he prepares to undergo aggressive treatment to beat the disease.

A statement from Bluestein posted on the band's website reads, "I recently went to the hospital following some symptoms, and it was discovered that I have colorectal cancer. This has required me to take a leave of absence from the band for a significant period."

But Bluestein remains upbeat about his prognosis, insisting medics expect him to make a full recovery...

Foreigner's Mick Jones Recovering From Heart Surgery

Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones is recovering in the hospital after undergoing heart surgery, according to a report.

The rocker reportedly checked into the Mount Sinai Heart Institute in Miami Beach, Florida earlier this week for an urgent bypass procedure and is now said to be making a good recovery.

After the surgery, he was treated in an intensive care ward but was moved out of the specialist unit on Thursday night, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

A source tells the publication, "The surgery was more urgent because Mick had needed it for some time."

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Foreigner's Mick Jones says the band's new career retrospective "No End in Sight: The Very Best of Foreigner" is a signal that new material is on the way.
