Missy Higgins' New Album 'On A Clear Night' Due Feb. 26; Tour To Follow

Acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins will return to the U.S. with her second record, "On A Clear Night," due for release on February 26, 2008.

Entertainment Weekly says of Missy, "…shows a depth reminiscent of early Suzanne Vega and Sarah McLachlan: catchy hooks…sounds just right."
