A few years ago when the short husky one decided to offend most her fans (self-infatuated people are so funny). I decided to boycott the chicks which was really easy because I had never heard of them before. Well eventually that boycott turned into a new years resolution which released me from annually pledging hundreds of dollars to pbs stations. Now , thanks to that group I get to go spring skiing in Vail for a week. I hope they stay together for a long time because I really want to vacation in Japan in a few years. | ||

| I saw 'shut up and sing' last night here in melbourne australia with a group of ten females - it was my choice (movie group). Those that had not heard of them thought it was a great movie and loved them. I have always liked them - they look good, sound good and have the courage to speak out about what they believe in. Ironical what they said in the first place came back to bite Bush on 'the bum' so to speak(re mess in Iraq). Keep up the great music. When are they coming to australia again? | ||

| The Dixie Chicks are my favorite band. They stand up for what they believe in and they sing from their heart. All of their albums have affected me personally. And so what if they don't believe in what Bush is doing, Not alot of people do now. It's called Freedom of speech people! Get over it!I will support them through whatever. They are extremly talented individuals who deserve to be heard! | ||
