MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — An Australian woman was sentenced to more than two years in prison on Friday for stalking an "American Idol" contestant over the Internet

The "American Idol" auditions are over, and we're that much closer to finding out which Hollywood hopefuls will make it to the Top 36 and get the chance to perform for a shot at the Top 12.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The winner of Country Music Television's ''Gone Country'' reality show was born in Madrid, Spain, and raised in Miami, but these days Julio Iglesias Jr. is spending a lot of time in Nashville.

"Gone Country," a show in which mostly washed-up singers are resurrected as country stars, is the first show, to my knowledge, on CMT that I've watched in its entirety. I wouldn't call myself a country fan by any means, and at first glance this didn't seem like an appealing show at all. That was until I saw the lineup of goof balls that they had enlisted:
