Acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins will return to the U.S. with her second record, "On A Clear Night," due for release on February 26, 2008. Entertainment Weekly says of Missy, "…shows a depth reminiscent of early Suzanne Vega and Sarah McLachlan: catchy hooks…sounds just right."

Teen pop star Drake Bell has fueled speculation he's Britney Spears' new man by joking about the 'romance' on his website. The former Drake & Josh star, who turns 21 next week, was so amused when a fan told him all about a tabloid article in Germany that linked him with Spears, he felt compelled to respond to the online rumors.
