Mercury recording artist Billy Currington will join Brad Paisley's "Time Well Wasted" 2006 tour in support of his sophomore album "Doin' Somethin' Right" (click for review). The 17-date tour kicks off January 25 in Duluth, MN and continues through the beginning of April. It includes stops at the 20,000+ capacity Savvis Center in St. Louis and the 17,000+ capacity Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville. Sara Evans is also slated to perform on the tour.

On Nov. 12, country music and Broadway superstars are joining together at Madison Square Garden in a cabaret-like setting, performing classic country and Broadway selections. Proceeds will benefit The Actors' Fund of America and The American Red Cross. The show will be co-hosted by country music superstar Lee Ann Womack and Tony Award winner and Broadway leading man, Brian Stokes Mitchell.
