Crossfade is an American rock band from Columbia, South Carolina. Their current members are Ed Sloan on lead vocals and guitar, Les Hall on lead guitar and keyboard, Mitch James on backing vocals and bass and Mark Castillo on drums.

They released their first album, “Crossfade,” in April 2004. The first single off the album, “Cold” gave the band a lot of mainstream exposure. Two singles followed, “So Far Away” in 2004 and “Colors” in 2005. In February 2005, “Crossfade” was certified gold by the RIAA and was certified platinum six months later.

After coming off the success from their first album, the band began to write a follow-up. Their second album, “Falling Away,” was released in August 2006. The album spawned three singles, “Invincible,”, “Drown You Out” and “Already Gone.”

Their third album, “We All Bleed” was released in 2011. The band's first album in five years was also their first album since signing with Eleven Seven Music.
