Deborah Cox (born July 13, 1974) is a Canadian R&B singer-songwriter and actress. In 1995, label executive Clive Davis signed Cox to Arista Records, and she released her self-titled debut album the same year. The album peaked at #25 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and was later certified gold. It includes the hit singles “Sentimental” which peaked at #27on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart and “Who Do U Love” which peaked at #17. Other minor chart hits included “Just Be Good To Me,” “Sound of My Tears,” “It Could've Been You” and “Where Do We Go from Here.” Cox released a non-album single for the soundtrack to the 1997 movie “Money Talks,” titled "Thi...
