"Soul Train" creator Don Cornelius complained about his deteriorating health and hinted at his plans to commit suicide in a phone call to his son moments before he shot himself in the head, according to his autopsy report.

The beloved TV personality died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Sherman Oaks, California in February, aged 75.

A coroner officially ruled his passing a suicide, and the newly-released full autopsy report reveals Cornelius had been struggling with seizures and extreme pain ever since he was diagnosed with an aneurysm 15 years ago.

Country star Miranda Lambert was far from impressed with Chris Brown's performances at Sunday's Grammy Awards, because she feels the R&B singer had no place at the ceremony - on the third anniversary of his assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The Kiss Kiss hit-maker and his then-partner Rihanna pulled out of planned appearances at the 2009 Grammys after becoming embroiled in a violent bust-up on the eve of music's big night. Grammy Awards bosses have defended their decision to include Chris Brown in the 2012 telecast, insisting the controversial singer deserved a spot at the ceremony.

Organizers came under fire for inviting Brown to perform twice during Sunday's show, three years after he pleaded guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna following a pre-Grammy Awards party.

Don Cornelius' Death Ruled Suicide

Don Cornelius' death has officially been ruled a suicide, according to a Los Angeles coroner.

The Soul Train creator was found dead of a reported self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at his home in Sherman Oaks, California last week.

Officials conducted an autopsy on the beloved TV icon's body to determine the cause of death on Friday and on Tuesday medics confirmed reports suggesting the star took his own life.

Toxicology reports are still pending.

The 75 year old will be laid to rest on Monday.
