Veteran singer Glen Campbell was given a standing ovation at his first concert since announcing he has Alzheimer's disease.

Veteran singer Glen Campbell is suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
The Rhinestone Cowboy hit-maker, 75, has been plagued by short-term memory loss for many years and six months ago, doctors confirmed he is suffering from the degenerative neurological disorder.
Campbell and his wife Kim have now gone public with the diagnosis ahead of a number of planned retirement shows later this year, revealing they don't want fans to worry if he forgets his lines.

44 Fans Arrested At Country Music Festival
Country music turned nasty at the weekend when Canadian police arrested 44 fans at a four-day festival, featuring Reba McEntire and Carrie Underwood, in Saskatchewan. According to local reports, the Craven Country Music Jamboree turned into chaos when 23,000 music fans descended on the town for Sunday's finale.
Ten motorists were arrested for impaired driving and there were a series of assaults that also led to arrests, including four sexual assaults.
Other fans were arrested for weapons offences and thefts.

Country music legends Glen Campbell, DeFord Bailey and supergroup Alabama have been honored as the Country Music Hall Of Fame's newest inductees. In a star-studded Sunday night ceremony, the three acts were honored with medallions after being officially inducted last November.
