Biography:
Bassist and arranger Buddy Clark began playing bass in high school, after earlier learning piano and trombone. He studied at the Chicago Musical College in the late '40s, then worked with Bud Freeman and Bill Russo. He toured in the '50s with Tex Beneke and Les Brown, then settled in Los Angles.
