On February 9, Justin Bieber will become the latest star to simultaneously host Saturday Night Live and perform as the episode's musical act. However, he's far from the first.

The Rolling Stones are the only entire band to provide comedy and music on the show. Everyone but Bill Hyman was involved in the sketch comedy way back in 1978. Singer Garth Brooks choked back tears as he was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame on Sunday by his musician pals James Taylor and George Strait.

Brooks was formally made a member of the prestigious organization in Nashville, Tennessee and to help celebrate the Grammy winner's big night, Taylor, Strait, and Bob Seger all performed in his honor and delivered rousing speeches.

Moved by the event, Brooks said, "When I came out here, Vince Gill looked at me and said this will be the greatest day of my life, and he was right. It was the best day of my professional life."

Police Seek Suspected Trespasser On Garth Brooks' Property

Oklahoma police are on the hunt for a man accused of trespassing on country star Garth Brooks' property after setting fire to a car.

One of the singer's neighbors reported the burning SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) to authorities on Thursday and when officers arrived at the scene, they spotted a male sprinting across the star's land.

Cops are trying to track down the man, who has yet to be identified, and question him about the incident after discovering the vehicle had been reported stolen on Wednesday.

Singer Garth Brooks is set to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame later this year.

The two-time Grammy Award winner, singer Connie Smith and session musician Hargus 'Pig' Robbins will make up the class of 2012.

Martin is best known for composing the score to the 1944 musical Meet Me In St. Louis, in which Judy Garland famously performs the song that became a seasonal classic. Thanks to the delay of "Our Little Genius" we got a full 90 minutes of 'Idol' last night rather than the scheduled 75. It's just too bad that the extra time didn't add any extra entertainment.

One episode into the audition round, and it's already getting tired all over again with the same formula we've seen for years plodding along like a lame horse. And the scariest part? Next year we may face the same alternating parade of good and bad without Simon.

Country star Garth Brooks is demanding the return of a $500,000 donation he made to a hospital in Oklahoma after medical executives reportedly reneged on a deal to name a building after his late mother.

The rocker has accused executives at owners Apple of not paying musicians enough money to sell their singles and albums through the download service.
