Cobra Starship -- the new band led by former Midtown frontman Gabe Saporta -- has unveiled plans to join the line-up of MTV2's upcoming "Welcome To The Universe Tour." The Starting Line Signs With Virgin Records; Announces Tour Dates

Virgin Records has announced it has signed punk-pop outfit The Starting Line via a worldwide deal. The Philadelphia-based quartet will record and release their much-anticipated follow-up to 2005's smash Drive-Thru/Geffen release, "Based on a True Story" later this year.
