Bowling For Soup Singer Is The New Voice Of Chuck E. Cheese
Kids' favorite pizza mascot Chuck E. Cheese is undergoing a radical makeover this week. The rat will be voiced by Jaret Reddick, lead singer of pop-punk band Bowling for Soup.
The new Chuck E. Cheese now plays a guitar and gives off a hipper vibe. Reddik replaces Duncan Brannan, who posted about his dismissal on Facebook last week and suggested he was pushed out of his job. The parent company insists he wasn't fired, rather they were seeking a new voice talent for the pizza place.

Val Kilmer Writes Song About Lou Reed
Val Kilmer is beginning to think he can get whatever he wants if he sings about it - after luring Lou Reed to his New Mexico ranch. The actor is recording his first album and penned a tribute to Reed only to discover the former Velvet Underground frontman and his partner Laurie Anderson had booked a fly fishing holiday on his 6,000-acre estate.
Kilmer explains, "I was listening to David Essex's 'Rock On'... and out of nowhere it just says 'Jimmy Dean' in one of the lyrics, who wasn't a rock 'n' roller but he was a rebel and sort of makes sense in the song. I was thinking about it and ...

No, the only band to have hit the nine-album mark without so much as a bum note is Denton, Texas' Bowling for Soup. And there's no debating those stats, so don't even try!
As usual, Bowling For Soup's ninth full-length, The Great Burrito Extortion Case, is the best album anyone will release this year. It's got hits!...
