Eazy-E And Ol' Dirty Bastard To Perform At Rock The Bells As Holograms

Eazy-E and Ol' Dirty Bastard are the next rappers to get the Tupac treatment and hit the stage as holograms.

Last year, late rapper Tupac graced the stage at Coachella with Snoop Lion thanks to new hologram technology. Since then, several deceased stars were rumored to get the hologram treatment next.

AllHipHop reports that Eazy-E will perform with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Ol' Dirty Bastard will rap with his former group Wu-Tang Clan.

Eazy-E is considered "The Godfather Of Gangsta Rap." He died in 1995 at the age of 31, only a month after he was diagnosed with AIDS.

Rappers Bone Thugs-N-Harmony are putting their differences aside to reunite and belatedly mark their 20th anniversary at the Rock the Bells festival series this summer.

The Tha Crossroads hit-makers formed in 1991 as a five-piece, but the veteran rappers were reduced to a trio early last year when both Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone walked out of the group to pursue solo endeavors.

The stars of rap group Bone Thugs N Harmony are facing a $27 million lawsuit from a former associate who alleges he is owed royalties.

Roland Brown filed legal papers at a court in Cuyahoga County, Ohio on Thursday accusing the group of breach of contract for allegedly failing to pay him proceeds from an album by affiliated group, the Mo Thugs Family.

He claims to have written a number of songs on the band's 1996 Family Scriptures record and has named several record labels as plaintiffs, including Sony, Ruthless Records and Relativity, as well as each member of Bone Thugs N Harmony.

A Los Angeles anti-gang worker has been arrested on suspicion of robbing and beating Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper Bizzy Bone.

Bone, a founding member of the rap group, was attacked by a group of individuals after returning to his hotel following a night at a restaurant, according to the Los Angeles Times. The rapper, real name Byron McCane, was reportedly confronted by several men who beat and choked him before making off with his jewelry.

Rap group Bone Thugs N Harmony have reunited after healing a rift with bandmember Bizzy Bone.

Founding member Krayzie Bone admits the group is planning a return to the music industry after making amends with Bizzy, and following the release of incarcerated group member Flesh next month.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have been forced to pay out more than $200,000 to a Japanese promotion company after allegedly missing a string of tour dates in the country.

World Mix Entertainment recently filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Federal Court claiming the rap trio had defaulted on an agreement to play shows in Nagoya and Okinawa in December 2006, forcing the company to cancel the gigs and refund the ticket sales to disappointed fans.

Hip-hop sensation Soulja Boy is set for a legal showdown with his Mo Thugs namesake Souljah Boy.

The 1990s rap star, part of the Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony collective, claims the "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" hitmaker, real name DeAndre Way, has "infringed and misappropriated his name."

Souljah Boy's lawyers tells TMZ.com they are planning to contact the appropriate parties to seek compensation. But Soulja Boy's representative tells the website the rapper's full name is "Soulja Boy Tell 'Em" and insists the two names are very different.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper Layzie Bone is to marry his longterm girlfriend Felecia Lindsey after proposing to her at the premiere of his group's new movie, I Tried.

The hip-hop star - real name Steven Howse - went down on bended knee and presented the R&B singer with a five carat sparkler on the red carpet at the event earlier this week, reports AllHipHop.com.
