Mexican pop star Belinda has laughed off reports suggesting a sex tape was stolen in a recent raid on her home - stating she's still a virgin.

Teenage pop star Belinda scooped two awards at the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America on Thursday. The 18-year-old picked up the award for Video of the Year (for Bella Traicion) and Best Solo Artist at a ceremony in Mexico City.

Just before turning 14, Mexican teen singing sensation Belinda launched her self-titled CD, which became a great success in all of Latin America and Spain exceeding sales of 800,000 copies. Her "Party on the Flat Roof" tour became a huge success with more than 1,500,000 people attending the more than 120 live shows.
