BBC Music Launches With Star-Studded Performance Of Beach Boys H
The BBC marked the launch of its new music initiative on Tuesday with a new video featuring some of music's biggest stars all collaborating on classic Beach Boys single "God Only Knows."

The video was played simultaneously over all of the BBC's properties at 8pm for the launch of BBC Music and featured over two dozen stars from both sides of the Atlantic, including Pharrell Williams, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Lorde, Baaba Maal, Chris Martin, Sam Smith, One Direction and former Beach Boy Brian Wilson.

Brian Wilson has confirmed the fears of Beach Boys fans by revealing he doubts the band will ever reform again.

The hitmaker and bandmate Al Jardine were contractually dismissed from a 2012 reunion line-up by Mike Love, who owns the Beach Boys name, and he admits there are no plans for any future get-togethers.
