Bobby Bare, Jr. (born June 28, 1966) is an American musician who has recorded several solo albums, along with two albums with his band, Bare, Jr. Bare is the son of country musician Bobby Bare. In 1974 -; when Bare Jr. was only eight -; they were both nominated for a Grammy for the song "Daddy What If." In the 1990s, Bobby led the roots-rock outfit, Bare Jr. They released two major label records, 1998's, ''Boo-Tay'' and 2000's ''Brainwasher''. He currently plays with the Young Criminals Starvation League, an ever-changing group of musicians. They have released three studio albums, an EP, and a live album.
