| I think she is best singer in the world. She is my favorite all time artist. I stopped talked with a friend in college because she called Anita a derogatory name. Anita will always be my girl if she never puts out another cd, I would for her to do so, but if she doesn't she will always be top drawer to me. I love me some Anita Baker. When I was in college, had no money, you know how that goes, I had to start selling things to make due. Yeah, I had to sell my music. Cried for about a week or more. Still looking to get them all back again. I love you Anita! | ||

| i love anita.i dont know.if you remmber me from the cvs.the other night u hurt my feelings. but i still love u.i wish u well all i want was a hello.i am a singer trying to get where u are .and a hello goes a long way.you hold my hand.that night and told me something.i totally understand it was late.i hope to see u again soon .your new friend lisa the big girl that u.gave a smile to.u are my star and always will be.cvs off warren smiles.i love u .pray for my sister she has cancer they gave her a few months. | ||

| I just saw Anita Baker two nights ago at Radio City and was dissapointed. I saw her there twelve years ago and she blew me away . Her performance that night was off the hook. The stage, the band all done in a gorgeuos white backgroiund along with her beautiful white gowns were enough to take your breath away. Her rapport with the audiance was so warm that she could make you cry with that powerful and extraordianry voice. Perhaps having had that night to compare to was too much to ask for? I still love this singer ,but my dissapointment was felt along with quite a few other fans the other night. I searched all over to get to her own website, to no avail. It's down. I hope all is going well for her in her personal life and am inclined to think that that may have been the underlying cause for this last performance. I wish her well and will continue to follow her touring schedule in the future. I will get tix to see her agin. I don't give up that easy, but we all know how infrequently she tours. I miss the magic that was missing the other night. | ||
