Idiot Pilot Drops Second Album Titled 'Wolves'

Idiot Pilot, atmospheric rock duo from Bellingham, WA, released their second album for Reprise Records, titled Wolves, on February 12.

The album (which was released digitally October 2, 2007 via online retailers) is currently #49 on CMJ's Top 200 chart and was named Top 10 Most Added its first week out.

An album with strong roots in alternative rock and ambient sound, Wolves also blends electronic elements with Anderson and Harris' post-hardcore influences. Produced by Ross Robinson (At The Drive-In, Glassjaw) and co-produced by Mark Hoppus (bassist for +44, Blink-182), the album...

Sparta Signs New Record Deal; Begins Work On New Album

Sparta has signed an exclusive worldwide recording agreement with Hollywood Records. The internationally acclaimed band will release its highly anticipated third album this summer.

"We finally feel that we are at a place where we can wholly express ourselves," said drummer Tony Hajjar about their new label. "We are able to experiment with all of our ideas and Hollywood is embracing them. They have shown a level of support and trust that we haven't truly seen before."
