It's hard to say whether Jade Anderson's noticeable lisp is a marketing point to set her apart or just something the casual listener can't help noticing, but it definitely stands out. Otherwise, Anderson is just a decent pop singer with fine dance material and ballads, solid production, and irresistible hooks -- which all come to light on tunes like the opener &"Sugarhigh." &"Constant Talking" is something of a modern twist on &"Our Lips Are Sealed" by the Go-Go's, a punchy anthem that borrows some production values from the Britney Spears experience; it would be more effective without the chattering voices that pop in every so often.
