Singer Anastacia has cancelled her European tour after she was diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time.

The I'm Outta Love hit-maker was due to kick off her trek in London on April 6th but all gigs and appearances have been scrapped so she can concentrate on beating the deadly disease again.

When Kelly Rowland exits the U.K. version of "The X Factor," there will be an empty seat to fill. Possible replacements include Katy Perry and Nicole Scherzinger, according to longtime star Louis Walsh.

Pop star Anastacia was too embarrassed to show off her scar from surgery for Crohn's disease until she turned 30, when she realized the mark was a sign of her survival.

The I'm Outta Love singer was diagnosed with the illness - a severe inflammatory bowel disease - when she was just 13 years old, and had to undergo an emergency operation to remove an obstruction in her digestive system.

The surgery left her with a visible scar on her stomach, and Anastacia admits she was ashamed of anyone spotting the mark - but now she sees it as a badge of honor.

The 41-year-old "I'm Outta Love" hitmaker first began having the jabs to her forehead in 2003 and now regularly turns to Botox to smooth out her wrinkles.

She tells Britain's Reveal magazine, "Without it, my frown scares me, let alone everyone else! I get it from my mom, who has a perma-frown. It's a family trait. So I prefer to get rid of it with Botox in two places for my forehead."

Anastacia's new stepchildren were banned from her wedding to bodyguard Wayne Newton by his spurned former fiancée. Newton ditched Lorraine Elston for the singer after a 10 year engagement, and the 44-year-old was so hurt she refused to let their children, Corey, 10, and Max, three, attend the April 21 ceremony in Mexico.
