The man who has stunned Hollywood with allegations of sexual assault against moviemaker Bryan Singer and other unnamed executives has gone public with his astonishing legal spat.

Michael Egan, 31, who is suing the X-Men director for allegedly sexually assaulting him when he was a minor in 2000, staged a press conference in Los Angeles on Thursday (17Apr14), during which he claimed he was raped "numerous times" by "numerous individuals" at "sordid" Hollywood and Hawaii parties over the course of two years.

Actor Kelsey Grammer has reportedly reprised his role as Beast for a cameo in X-Men: Days Of Future Past.

The former Frasier star played the character in 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand.

A source close to the production on director Bryan Singer's new film says, "It wasn't hard to get him to sign on for a guest appearance. He jumped at the opportunity the second it was brought to his attention.

 Anna Paquin's mutant superhero character Rogue has been cut from the latest X-Men film due to time constraints.

The 31 year-old actress reprised her role as Marie and her alter ego Rogue to reunite with cast mates from the original X-Men trilogy, Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen, for a brief appearance in director Bryan Singer's new installment, X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Hugh Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in an upcoming sequel. Multiple reports indicate the "X-Men" star will once again play the mutant anti-hero, and director James Mangold will also be on on board for the project.

The new film will mark the eighth time Jackman has played James "Logan" Howlett and his alter ego. He recently portrayed the character in "The Wolverine" this past summer.

X-Men stars evacuated from Montreal hotel as fire breaks out

The cast members of the new X-Men movie had to flee a Montreal, Canada hotel early on Saturday (04May13) when they were awoken by a fire alarm.

Reports suggest Patrick Stewart, Adan Canto and Daniel Cudmore and others had only just returned to the hotel after shooting nearby until 4am when they were evacuated as firefighters arrived to put out a small blaze.

Stewart documented the incident on Twitter.com, writing, "Nothing like an early start to the weekend - though not when your hotel is on fire."

He added, "all mutant super heroes safe. Thank you Montreal Fire Brigade."

Bryan Singer has reportedly offered Hugh Jackman a spot in the swelling cast of his upcoming film, X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Earlier this week we reported that Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart were signed on to play Magneto and Professor X respectively. However, the comic book storyline the film is named after centers around Wolverine and Kitty Pryde - and Singer now has half of that duo in Jackman.
