The 'greed is good' anti-villain appears in a new public service announcement Douglas has shot for bureau officials, in which he asks Americans to report information about securities and commodities fraud.

The actor was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital's emergency room in Los Angeles after complaining of abdominal pain, caused by a hiatal hernia.
