The Master actor Christopher Evan Welch has died.

He passed away on Monday at a Los Angeles hospital, his agents have confirmed. He is believed to have been 48 years old and the cause of his death has yet to be revealed.

Welch was a frequent presence on television with his work on The Sopranos, The Good Wife and Rubicon, as well as the stage, including multiple roles in Broadway plays.

He also worked with acclaimed film directors over the years including twice with Steven Spielberg in War of the Worlds and Lincoln, Paul Thomas Anderson in The Master, and Woody Allen in Vicky Cristina Bar...

Penelope Cruz and her husband Javier Bardem were inducted into Spain's Walk of Fame on Monday as part of the organization's opening ceremony.

The Vicky Cristina Barcelona stars showed up to the Calle Martin de los Heros area in Madrid to be honored at the Street of Stars.

The couple took it in turns to pose in front of their own sidewalk plaque, while other celebrities inducted include actor Antonio Banderas, singer Julio Iglesias, tenor Placido Domingo and director Pedro Almodovar.

Alec Baldwin is heading for Rome, Italy, with Penelope Cruz and Woody Allen.

Cruz revealed last week she would be reuniting with her "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" director for a mystery project and now Baldwin has been added to the cast.

Baldwin isn't new to Allen's filmmaking techniques - he worked with the moviemaker on 1990's "Alice."

After making many of his early films in his native New York, Allen has set his most recent films in European capitals like London, Barcelona and Paris.

Rumors of a baby began swirling after it was announced on Tuesday that the "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" co-stars had married in a small secret ceremony earlier this month after three years of dating.

Reports claimed the Spanish beauty would give birth to the couple's first child early next year.

But a spokesperson for Cruz tells the star is not pregnant.

The pair wed in an intimate ceremony at a friend's house in the Bahamas earlier this month, a representative for the actress confirms to the Associated Press.
