Then She Found Me is an adaptation of Elinor Lipman's best-selling novel about a Philadelphia schoolteacher (Helen Hunt) whose long-lost birth mother (Bette Midler) reappears at the very moment her daughter is careening into a midlife crisis. Also on DVD: Married Life.

It's the middle of winter and not only has the weather been crummy, but so were the movies (One Missed Call, anyone?).
