Lindsay Lohan Stars In 'The Real Housewives Of Disney' In Hilarious 'SNL' Spoof (Video)
Lindsay Lohan made her return to television Saturday night hosting a rather lackluster episode of Saturday Night Live; but the star did have one gem up her sleeve - a parody of Bravo TV's Real Housewives.
Lohan, along with cast regulars Kristen Wiig, Abby Elliott, Nasim Pedrad and Vanessa Bayer, starred as Disney Princesses Rapunzel (Tangled), Cinderella, Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Jasmine (Aladdin) and Snow White, respectively, in the skit, and they mocked the usual drama of the hit Bravo series (watch it below).

Mandy Moore Rules Out Romantic Comedies
Mandy Moore has no plans to star in any more romantic comedies - because she's convinced there is "nothing to learn" from making light-hearted movies.
The singer-turned-movie star wants to seek out more challenging scripts and establish herself as a serious actress after turns in films including A Walk To Remember and License to Wed.
She tells Digital Spy, "I've had fun doing romantic comedies but I just can't anymore. There's nothing fulfilling creatively, there's nowhere to grow, nothing to learn from it or for yourself. I'd rather just be home with my family or write music until tha...

Inside Look At Today's Oscar Announcements!
I was lucky enough to be inside the Samuel Goldwyn Theatre this morning while the 83rd Annual Academy Award Nominations were announced. Here is a timeline and some insider information on how the morning played out:

Since the nominations are coordinated with morning shows on the East Coast, I knew I would have to try and get some sleep before I had to be up in the middle of the night. My bed time? 5:37 PM. 'Golden Globes' Picks: 'Two Jews On Film' Almost Agree On Theirs (Video)
It's that time of year...Hollywood's super fun award show, The Golden Globes...where anything can happen. Just look at one of this year's picks from The Hollywood Foreign Press...'The Tourist' for best comedy. You've got to be kidding. The only reason that film was nominated was to get Johnny Depp and Miss Jolie to the show.
That said...there are a lot of wonderful films nominated this year. Darren Aronofsky's dark and brilliant tale of an obsessed ballerina, 'The Black Swan' has Natalie Portman, Barbara Hershey, and Mila Kunis doing some of their best work.

We had movies about a dancer's obsessed with perfection...Darren Aronofsky's brilliant, twisted tale, 'The Black Swan', and a film about a man obsessed with money and power 'Casino Jack'...And then there was that movie about a guy that changed our lives forever...'The Social Network'...one...

Zachary Levi 'Freaked Out' By His 'Tangled' Role
Actor Zachary Levi "freaked out" when he was put up for the male lead in new animated movie musical Tangled - because he has always loved Disney movies.
The star voices the prince charming character opposite Mandy Moore's Princess Rapunzel, but Levi was convinced he'd miss out on the role - so he decided to give the audition his all.
He tells JustJared.com, "I heard about this from my agent and then freaked out. I mean, I think everyone in our generation grew up with these movies and loved them."

'Tangled' Review: Two Jews On Film' Go 3D With 'Tangled' (Video)
'Tangled', the newest 3D film from Disney Studios, written by Dan Fogelman (Cars) with music by Alan Menken (Little Mermaid) is the reworking of the fairytale, Rapunzel. Once upon a time, lived a baby princess, named Rapunzel (Mandy Moore) with magical hair that had the power to rejuvenate. An evil witch (Donna Murphy) decides growing old sucks, so she steals Rapunzel from the King and Queen. The evil witch locks Rapunzel in a tower and pretends to be her loving mother. Rapunzel grows up and like any normal teenager wants to leave home and experience the real world. As fate would have...
READ MOREAlan Menken Walks Us Through The Music Of Disney's 'Tangled'
This holiday weekend, Disney releases their 50th animated film, Tangled. Another musical based on a fairy tale, this retelling of Rapunzel features more catchy music by Alan Menken, the composer behind Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and Enchanted.
Mandy Moore provides the voice of Rapunzel and sings many songs. Her opening number is in a familiar pop rock style. “Yes, we’re going after a Chelsea Morning, Joni Mitchell kind of song,” Menken said. “On a gut level I really felt that the first time we meet Rapunzel, I wanted it to be just this bright burst of guitar and ener...

'Tangled' Review: A Film For The Entire Family To Enjoy Over Thanksgiving Weekend
Coming off the heals of last year’s ‘THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG,’ Disney Pictures has brought forth yet another princess film, only this time around, they’ve done away with all the old-school pencil art authenticity and pretty much trademarked animation for the latest in CGI-based effects.
Question is does it work? Well, for the most part I thought it did. Although a huge fan of what was presented back when I was kid, Disney doesn’t step off much from keeping a story simple and subtle. Full of positive messages for kids to pick up on regarding disobedience and mother-knows-best, there’s a m...

Trailer Talk: This Week In Movies- 'Tangled,' 'Burlesque' & More
I caught “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” last Monday, which turned out to be largely uneventful. While there are moments in the beginning and end that are quite stimulating, most of the movie involves tedious set up for the final film. If you have not seen my review yet definitely check it out here.
In addition to “Deathly Hallows: Part 1” I had the opportunity to see the Paul Haggis thriller “The Next Three Days,” starring Russell Crowe. Crowe is surprisingly believable as an everyman character forced to make tough choices to save his family. That’s why it’s so surpris...

'Tangled' Review: Disney's Magic Is Back With Charming, Rousing Songs & Storyline
Disney has had some hits and misses with animated films in recent memory. Sure, the mighty house of mouse made “Beauty and The Beast” “Aladdin” and “The Lion King” but “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” was sad, “Pocahontas” was oddly animated, “Hercules” was grotesque, and “Mulan” was lacking in song quality. The less said about “Home on The Range” the better.
So Disney went to CGI animated films and tried to play catch up to Pixar. The results thus far have been mixed. “Meet the Robinsons” was cute, “Bolt” was adorable, “Chicken Little” was middling, and nothing really captured the 90's magic...

Mandy Moore's Fun, Fuschia Dress - Hot Or Not?
Mandy Moore wore a fuschia one-shouldered dress to the "Tangled" world premiere in Los Angeles yesterday. She paired it with gold, sparkly shoes. We're not crazy about the fit of the dress. It doesn't show off her figure quite right.

Fall Movie Preview Part 3: November
November will unleash on moviegoers some of the most highly anticipated movies of the year. Sure to be the biggest opener of the month will be “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” which will ease fans into the end of the “Harry Potter” movie franchise. Director David Yates returns to helm the last two installments of the series which will be much appreciated by die-hard fans of the books and movies. Also exciting, and not surprising, is “Deathly Hallows” will be 3D which may result in the movie being just another flop in the 3D craze. Few movies have successfully employed the 3D t...
