Selena Gomez experienced a "mini breakdown" on the set of her movie Spring Breakers as she struggled to cope with the attention her bad girl alter-ego attracted.

The Monte Carlo star shows off her wild side in the film about clean-cut college students gone bad, and reveals filming party scenes turned into a stressful ordeal. 

Gomez admits she felt intimidated by the attention of hundreds of fans and photographers who clambered to watch her strutting about in skimpy outfits for the saucy scenes.

David Letterman hasn't banned many people from appearing on his talk show, but that's what he was forced to do when he witnessed what Spring Breakers' director Harmony Korine was doing backstage.

While talking to Spring Breakers star James Franco, the actor revealed that Korine had been on the show to promote his previous works and was listed for a fourth appearance, only to be bumped from the show. Franco had heard that Korine "pushed" Meryl Streep backstage and was kicked off the show.
